As per the Swimming Pools Act 1987 and the current Building Code when installing a new pool or filling an existing swimming pool all pools and spas must be independently fenced.

As the Act is very specific in the required dimensions for pool fencing unfortunately there is only a limited number of styles which comply with the Act. All our gates and fence options are hot dip galvanised for protection against the elements, and powdercoating over top offers a wide range of colour options to suit your requirements.
For your peace of mind all our fences and gates are built in accordance with Council regulations. Remember, you cannot fill your pool with water until you have Council approval.
